It is with great pleasure that I welcome you all to this very special occasion, TeleSky Ltd’s 10th Anniversary Celebration.
On behalf of the TeleSky family, I would like to warmly welcome our clients, partners, government representatives, business leaders, development partners, technology partners, friends, and, most importantly, our incredible TeleSky team.
Your presence makes this celebration even more meaningful because TeleSky’s story is not a story we have written alone. It is a story that has been shaped by the people and organizations that have walked with us over the past ten years.
Today, we are celebrating much more than a number. We are celebrating a journey. Ten years ago, TeleSky began with a vision and a determination to build a Kenyan company that could deliver quality services, create opportunities and compete in a global market.
Over the past decade, that vision has grown into a business that provides customer experience, data annotation, Fraud detection, sales, back-office and technology-enabled solutions.
The journey has not always been easy. Like any growing business, we have faced challenges, learned from them, adapted, and continued moving forward. There have been moments when we had to rethink how we work, embrace new technologies, strengthen our processes and, most importantly, invest in our people. But every challenge has also presented an opportunity for us to become better. And today, as I look around this room, I am reminded that one of TeleSky’s greatest achievements is not simply the services we provide or the systems we have put in place. Our greatest achievement is the people.
Our employees have been at the heart of this journey. They are the people who speak to our customers every day, solve problems, provide support, manage processes, analyze information, develop solutions and represent TeleSky to the world.
To the entire TeleSky team — thank you.
Thank you for your dedication, your resilience, your professionalism and your willingness to learn and grow with the organization. Every customer interaction, every challenge resolved, every process improved and every client relationship strengthened has contributed to the TeleSky we are celebrating today.
We also recognize that none of this would have been possible without our clients. To our clients, thank you for trusting a Kenyan company with your business, your customers and your operations. Your confidence in us has challenged us to continuously improve, innovate and raise our standards. Some of you have been with us for many years, while others have joined us more recently. Regardless of when our journey began together, we value each and every partnership.

Celebrating Another Important Milestone
Today is particularly special because, alongside our 10th anniversary, we are also celebrating the attainment of ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Certification. This is an important achievement for TeleSky. For us, ISO 27001 is not simply a certificate to display on a wall. It represents our commitment to information security, data protection, governance, risk management and continuous improvement. In the business we operate in today, trust is extremely important. Our clients trust us with information. Customers trust us with their interactions. Our employees trust us with their personal information. And as technology continues to evolve, that responsibility becomes even greater. Achieving ISO/IEC 27001:2022 demonstrates that we are committed to building the systems, processes and culture required to protect information and operate to internationally recognized standards. We are therefore very proud of this achievement, and we look forward to continuing to strengthen it in the years ahead.
Looking Ahead
While today is an opportunity to celebrate the past ten years, it is also an opportunity to look forward.
We are entering our second decade at a very interesting time. The world of work is changing rapidly. Artificial intelligence, automation, data, digital platforms and intelligent technologiesare transforming how businesses operate and how customers expect to be served. But we believe that technology does not remove the importance of people. Rather, technology gives people the opportunity to do more.
Our vision for the next decade is therefore built around the combination of human talent, technology and intelligent solutions.
We want to continue developing Kenyan talent, creating meaningful employment opportunities and giving our people the skills they need to participate in the digital economy.
We want to continue investing in technology and building solutions that allow us to serve our clients better.
And we want TeleSky to continue growing beyond Kenya and demonstrating that a locally owned Kenyan company can build world-class capabilities and compete successfully in the global market.
Our ambition is not simply to grow bigger.
Our ambition is to grow better.
To become more innovative.
To become more efficient.
To create greater opportunities for our people.
To deliver greater value to our clients.
And to contribute to positioning Kenya as a leading destination for BPO, Global Business Services and technology-enabled solutions.
