It is a pleasure and an honor to join you as you celebrate two milestones: TeleSky Limited’s 10th anniversary and its certification to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 the international standard for Information Security Management Systems.
I warmly congratulate the Board, Management and staff of Telesky Limited on ten years of achievement, growth and service. This milestone reflects your vision, resilience, innovation and commitment to customers and stakeholders.
As you celebrate the past decade, this certification provides a stronger foundation for the next decade and beyond.

In today’s digital economy, information is one of an organization’s most valuable assets. Protecting it, managing risk and maintaining stakeholder confidence are essential to sustainable growth.
ISO/IEC 27001 provides a systematic, risk-based framework for information security.
This certification demonstrates Telesky Limited’s commitment to safeguarding information, strengthening resilience and continually improving its practices.
The KEBS Certification Body conducted the audit from 20th to 22nd July 2026. After TeleSky Limited successfully met all applicable requirements, it was awarded ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification.
This achievement is significant: As TeleSky Limited is the second private-sector client certified by KEBS to ISO/IEC 27001 and the first BPO company to attain ISMS certification through the KEBS Certification Body.
This is both a corporate achievement for Telesky Limited and an important milestone for KEBS, advancing sound information security practices across Kenya’s private sector.
I commend the Board and Management for their leadership and investment, and every member of the Telesky team whose professionalism and collective effort made this achievement possible.

By choosing the KEBS Certification Body (KEBS CB), TeleSky Limited has affirmed its confidence in an independent, competent and credible certification process.
KEBS-CB operates in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021-1, which requires

KEBS-CB is accredited by the Dutch Accreditation Council (RvA) and the Kenya National Accreditation Service (KENAS), assuring the competence, impartiality and credibility of its certification services.
