Saturday, 6th November 2025 — Where Workmates Became Family – TeleSky Team Building 2025 – Grand Finale
The Wish & Wow Grand Finale wrapped up TeleSky’s two-day team building retreat in unforgettable style — a celebration filled with bonding, music, laughter and dreams for the future, stretching deep into the wee hours of the morning.
If Day 1 was about grass-scraped knees and fierce human tunnels, Day 2 was about heart-scraped walls being broken — colleagues opening up, sharing life, personality and purpose beyond the headset and dashboard metrics.
This was not just a team building.
It was a reminder that TeleSky is more than a workplace — it’s a tribe.
A Night of Discoveries — Beyond Job Titles
Between shared meals, bonfires and games, we peeled back layers and met the people behind the voices:
- Some don’t touch alcohol — strictly juice, vibes and full clarity.
- A united agreement: Cheating and cheats? Nope. Not in work or life.
- Many confessed their food sensitivities (note to HR: onions are a slippery topic).
- Most love traveling, exploring the world, and creating new experiences.
- Many discovered joy in making people happy, celebrating wins & throwing jokes at random intervals.
- And a growing number are dreaming of building businesses, creating wealth and opportunities — entrepreneurs in the making.
It was a night of truths — unfiltered, hilarious, heartwarming.
When the Director Danced – Congolese Style
The surprise highlight of the night came when music shifted to a Congolese set — drums rippling, guitars teasing the air — and suddenly, our Director stormed the dance floor.
With shoulder shuffles worthy of Kinshasa and footwork blessed by ancestors, the room erupted. Phones out. Whistles up. Cheers like a stadium final.
“I’ve never seen him move like that!” someone shouted,
prompting a wave of ululations and chants of Encore! Encore!
From executives to interns — everyone danced, laughed and became equals.
No hierarchy. No titles. Just TeleSky — one unit.

We leave with new friends, deeper trust, inside jokes, muscle pain, but stronger spirit.
